All content on the Site is for informational and educational purposes only. Bagonomics does not provide investment, financial, tax, legal, or other professional advice. No metric, index, chart, or commentary published here constitutes an offer to buy or sell any item, nor a recommendation to do so.

Past performance shown on the Site is not indicative of future results. Luxury handbags are not regulated financial instruments. Their secondary-market prices are highly variable and may decline significantly. You are solely responsible for any purchase, sale, hold, or transfer decision you make.

Pre-launch index values are explicitly anchored to public third-party sources (e.g., Knight Frank LII) and noted on the relevant pages. Site content (text, design, code, methodology, and indexes) is © Bagonomics. You may reference and cite our data with attribution; you may embed our public widgets per the /press page. You may not republish full pages, scrape the Site at volume, or claim our data or methodology as your own.

Brand names on the Site (Hermès, Chanel, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners, referenced under fair use / editorial use principles.

5. External links and affiliates

The Site contains links to external resale platforms (Fashionphile, Rebag, Vestiaire, eBay, etc.) and to brand websites. Bagonomics has no control over those external sites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

Some links may be affiliate links from which Bagonomics earns a commission on completed purchases. This does not influence our pricing analysis, index composition, or editorial. We disclose affiliate relationships on relevant pages.

Information you submit (boutique sightings, newsletter signup, tips) is governed by our privacy policy. By submitting boutique sightings, you grant Bagonomics a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to publish the data in aggregated form. We anonymize all submissions.
